Digital Law comes to bear on numerous legal fields, including data protection, IP, contract law, public law, fiscal law, employment law, M&A, corporate, regulatory, finance, dispute resolution, real estate and cartel law.
In our work, all our teams and practice areas are faced with specific topics and questions of digital law. Often enough, our experts encounter entirely new legal issues as they deal with topics of the future which have not been subject to legal analysis in Malaysia before. Our pioneering work and the ambition to provide legal solutions for the latest technological innovations in all aspects are in line with our guiding principle – to be the law firm in Malaysia which is also at the cutting edge of digitalisation.
Our Digital Law Competence Centre bundles relevant work experience across teams and practice areas, thus facilitating a general and cross-cutting view of legal aspects in digitalisation. This also comes with quite intensive research and publication activities, including, amongst other things, our book “Digital Law” (ed. Adam & Co. Law Firm). It is also the framework for cooperation between our law firm and university departments in matters of digitalisation, and for our participation in research projects about new digital applications.
